These Terms and Conditions are effective June 16, 2026. By using GTO Poker Edge, you agree to these terms and any product-specific rules shown in the website, account area, checkout flow, or mobile app experience.

GTO Poker Edge is provided for poker education, study, session tracking, and personal progress review. The website and mobile app experience are training tools, not gambling services.

You are responsible for following the laws, site rules, and live-room rules that apply where you play. Do not use GTO Poker Edge in a way that violates another poker site's rules or gives prohibited real-time assistance.

Solver outputs, range grids, charts, EV notes, Leak Tracker signals, Session Log charts, My Progress summaries, and training feedback are educational study aids. They are simplified strategy references, not promised outcomes or professional financial advice. Poker involves variance and financial risk, and good decisions can still lose.

Benchmark confidence describes how directly a recommendation is tied to a validated reference, mapped study spot, or heuristic review estimate. It is not a fixed percentage guarantee, not a promise that a decision will win a specific hand, and not a claim that every spot has exact solver precision. Poker variance, incomplete hand context, bet-size differences, stack depth, table dynamics, bounty value, ICM pressure, and model assumptions can affect outcomes and review labels.

Poker Pro is an educational product and study assistant. It may answer product questions, explain how to use GTO Poker Edge, summarize study concepts, and provide poker study guidance when access is unlocked. Poker Pro answers may be generated with model providers and can be incomplete, imprecise, or dependent on missing context. Do not treat Poker Pro as a guaranteed solver, legal advice, financial advice, gambling advice, or permission to violate poker-site rules.

Product-help questions may be available to all users. Poker study questions are available during the first 3 days of a free account trial or with Edge+ access. You are responsible for using Poker Pro only where allowed by law and by the rules of any poker site, live room, tournament, or platform you use.

GTO Poker Edge does not offer wagering, staking, real-money games, prizes, tournament entry, payouts, or gambling account services. Recommendations are not financial advice, gambling advice, legal advice, or a promise that a play is profitable in every game.

Edge+ is a digital membership for expanded study features such as unlimited solver study, deeper Training Lab content, advanced profiles, Session Log tracking, My Progress charts, Leak Tracker signals, and mobile account access. New free accounts may receive a 3-day full-access account trial before Edge+ areas lock. Website checkout is handled through Stripe only when a user chooses Edge+ membership. Google Play purchases are handled through Google Play when offered in the Android app. Each purchase flow will show the user-facing price, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms that apply.

Website members can manage eligible billing through the account area or Stripe customer portal when available. Google Play purchases, if offered, must be managed through Google Play. Refund availability depends on the billing provider, purchase flow, applicable law, and support review.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under your account. Do not share paid access broadly, bypass feature limits, scrape the service, attack the platform, upload unlawful content, or use GTO Poker Edge to help violate poker-site rules.

You may request deletion of your GTO Poker Edge account and associated app data by contacting [email protected] from the email connected to your account and including "Delete my GTO Poker Edge account" in the message. Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal, tax, billing, or dispute reasons.

GTO Poker Edge may rely on providers such as Supabase, Stripe, Vercel, OpenAI or similar model providers, Google, and Trustpilot for authentication, database storage, hosting, checkout, app distribution, sign-in, assistant responses, analytics, or review collection. Their services are subject to their own terms and policies.

Features, content, recommendations, training feedback, memberships, prices, free limits, mobile availability, and training database coverage may change over time as the product improves.

GTO Poker Edge is independent and is not affiliated with GG Poker, GTO Wizard, DTO, or other poker sites or training products.
