Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is effective June 24, 2026. It applies to the GTO Poker Edge website, account features, membership checkout, training tools, hand-history uploads, and mobile app experience.

GTO Poker Edge collects and stores the information needed to run accounts, authentication, free-account trial access, membership access, saved spots, Training Lab progress, Review Queue items, Session Log, My Progress, and Edge+ entitlements. Account sign-up may use email/password or Google sign-in. Authentication data is processed by Supabase and Google where applicable.

Poker study data may include saved hands, uploaded hand-history files, recap images, extracted hand actions, board cards, notes, Review Queue items, solver reveal history, accuracy history, training progress, Leak Tracker signals, session tags, session notes, buy-ins, cash outs, and results you enter. Treat this as private study data.

Website checkout is processed through Stripe. Stripe may process purchase, billing, customer, subscription, renewal, cancellation, refund, payment-method, and tax-related information according to its own policies. Google Play may process similar subscription information for Android app purchases. GTO Poker Edge stores membership status and related identifiers needed to grant access and support billing questions.

GTO Poker Edge may use analytics, logs, admin dashboards, and ad-attribution tools to understand feature usage, account sign-up completion, free-trial starts, checkout conversion, paid membership purchases, solver reveal volume, review activity, session-log engagement, errors, security events, and reliability. This may include browser-side and server-side event reporting to Meta for ad measurement using cookies, page URLs, hashed identifiers such as email or account ID, and conversion metadata tied to sign-up or checkout activity.

The website and app experience may rely on service providers such as Supabase for authentication, database storage, and private file storage, Stripe for checkout and billing, Vercel for hosting and deployment, Google for sign-in or Google Play services, and Trustpilot for review collection. These providers process data according to their own terms and privacy policies.

Data is used to provide the app and website, sync account access, restore progress, enforce free trial and paid feature limits, process membership access, improve reliability, protect against abuse, and support customer service. If reminder emails are enabled, account email and trial timing may be used to send account-related trial notices. GTO Poker Edge does not sell personal or sensitive user data.

The website and app may use cookies, local storage, device identifiers, session tokens, or similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember preferences, support analytics, and protect account access. Some app data may remain on your device until you delete app data, sign out, or uninstall the app.

Personal data is handled over secure connections where it is transmitted. No online service can guarantee perfect security, but GTO Poker Edge uses managed providers, account-based access controls, and row-level data protections where applicable to reduce unauthorized access risk.

GTO Poker Edge is a poker education product and is not directed to anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided personal information, contact [email protected] so the account can be reviewed.

To request deletion of your GTO Poker Edge account and associated app data, contact [email protected] from the email connected to your account and include "Delete my GTO Poker Edge account" in the message. Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal, tax, billing, or dispute reasons.
